You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at astralinfinityhelpemail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 10-15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
